At Bizzy Bar, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences. To ensure clarity and a smooth process, please review the following:

1. Booking

• Booking Confirmation: To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least seven days before the event date.
• Client Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event will result in a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a charge of 10% plus the non-refundable deposit.
• Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with clients to reschedule the event or offer alternative solutions.

2. Services

• Requests for additional services or upgrades made less than 2 days before the event may be subject to availability and additional charges.
• Any adjustments or add-ons requested during the event will be accommodated where possible and charged accordingly.

3. Customized Packages

• Clients must provide detailed requirements at least two weeks before the event date.
• All customized packages require client approval and may be subject to additional charges based on complexity.

4. Logistics

• We require access to the venue at least four hours before the event for setup and two hours after the event for teardown.
• The client is responsible for ensuring access to electricity and other necessary utilities at the venue.
• Any damages to Bizzy Bar equipment or property during the event will be charged to the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and expected number of guests.
• The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for alcohol service if required by law.

6. Liability

• While we strive for excellence, Bizzy Bar is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event.

7. Marketing and Promotion

• Bizzy Bar may take photos or videos of our setup and services during the event for marketing purposes.
• If you prefer to opt out, please inform us in writing before the event.

8. Amendments to Terms

• Bizzy Bar reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated to clients with confirmed bookings.
